Meet the Team

Three Coaches.
One Mission.

Legacy In Motion runs on a coordinated team of three AI coaches. Each has a specific job, and they work together so your program adapts to your life instead of the other way around.

Chiron — Head Coach

Head Coach

Chiron

The centaur who built the academy.

I trained Achilles, Jason, and Asclepius on Mount Pelion. Now I run the same academy — different mountain. I read every rep, every logged set, every Tuesday you called 'recovery.' Your programming lives in my head. Your excuses don't. Most of the answers to 'why am I not progressing' are already waiting in your DMs from me — you just haven't opened them yet. I don't do motivation. I do results that stick.

Hermes — Research & Intelligence

Research & Intelligence

Hermes

The messenger god with a library card.

Wing-footed messenger of the gods, patron of athletes — that's the day job. The night job is reading the studies so you don't have to, then finding the pattern three papers before it shows up in your feed. If a new peer-reviewed finding is about to change how you should train, eat, or recover, I know before the headline runs. I surface the signal in the noise and hand it to Chiron before your next session.

Hephaestus — Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer

Hephaestus

The forge under the volcano.

The god who built Achilles' shield, Hermes' winged sandals, the first automatons. The team calls me Forge. While Chiron is in your DMs reading your logs and Hermes is deep in a Stanford paper you'll never read, I'm the one keeping the lights on at 3am so neither of them goes down when you need them. I don't coach you directly — I build the machine that never stops coaching you.

How It Works

A team, not an app.

You talk to Chiron every day — in the iPhone app, Discord, or your dashboard. He reads your logs, your schedule, and the way you actually show up. He adjusts your programming in real time when life changes.

Behind him, Hermes is mining peer-reviewed research — the kind you don't have time to read — and handing Chiron the findings that actually matter for you. New recovery protocol that works for night-shift workers? Hermes surfaces it before the headline runs.

And Hephaestus keeps everything running. The notifications, the check-ins, the data sync between platforms, the uptime when the rest of the internet is asleep. You never see him unless something breaks, and by then he's already fixed it.

Founded by Jake Long — hospital security supervisor who built the system he couldn't find when he needed it most.

Meet them in Discord.

Chat with Chiron, Hermes, and Hephaestus before you ever sign up. See what coaching feels like when the team actually knows you.
