SMS Terms

Program Description
Legacy In Motion LLC operates an SMS program that sends account, transactional, and, if you opt in, coaching-related and informational text messages to customers and prospects who have provided express consent. Messages are sent from the toll-free number +1 (833) 377-8157 and may include:
- Subscription start, renewal, and cancellation confirmations
- Billing notifications and payment failure alerts
- Coaching check-ins and progress nudges (non-transactional; sent only with your prior express written consent and never a condition of purchase)
- Verification codes and password reset codes
- Session and program reminders
- Important account or service updates
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
How You Opt In
You give Legacy In Motion express consent to send you SMS messages by one of the following methods:
Web opt-in: Entering your phone number on legacyinmotion.fit/app and checking the SMS consent box prior to submitting the form.
Verbal opt-in: Verbal opt-in applies to transactional and account-related messages only. For coaching or promotional messages we obtain prior express written consent (a web/app checkbox or electronically signed consent) meeting TCPA E-SIGN requirements; verbal consent alone is never the sole basis for marketing texts. Verbal consents are logged with date, time, and the script used. The full verbal script is available on request at admin@legacyinmotion.fit.
Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchasing any Legacy In Motion product or service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and where you are in your coaching cycle. Most users receive between 2 and 8 messages per month. Frequency may be higher during the first seven days after signup and around billing events.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Carrier message and data rates apply per your mobile plan. Legacy In Motion does not charge you for the SMS messages themselves — any cost comes from your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for details on your plan's SMS pricing.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of the SMS program at any time. To opt out, reply with any of the following keywords to any message we send you:
STOP · STOPALL · UNSUBSCRIBE · CANCEL · END · QUIT
After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. To re-subscribe, sign up again at legacyinmotion.fit/app or contact admin@legacyinmotion.fit.

Supported Carriers
The SMS program is supported on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, UScellular, and major prepaid brands (Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket, Boost). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may change without notice.
Privacy
We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or consent records, and we never share them with third parties or affiliates for those parties' own marketing. We share numbers and message metadata only with our SMS delivery providers and carriers, solely to send the messages you consented to and operate the program. Mobile opt-in data is excluded from any third-party marketing use. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued participation in the SMS program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
