How to Request Data Deletion

Legacy In Motion LLC respects your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of all personal information we hold about you at any time.

What We Delete

Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete:

• Your account and profile information
• Health and fitness data (goals, logs, progress photos)
• Conversation history with our AI coaching system
• Any data received through Instagram, TikTok, or other connected platforms
• Email address and contact information

What We Retain

We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes
• Data necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Facebook & Instagram Data

If you interacted with Legacy In Motion through Facebook or Instagram, we will delete all data received through those platforms upon request. This includes messages, profile information, and any content shared through our connected services.

You can also manage your data directly through Facebook's app settings or Instagram's connected apps settings.
