Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, Telegram username, Discord username/ID (if you use our Discord community), and payment/subscription metadata. Web payments are processed by Stripe; iOS subscriptions by Apple In-App Purchase with RevenueCat for subscription management. We do not store full card numbers.
Health & Fitness Data: Goals, current fitness level, injuries, dietary preferences, progress photos, workout logs, and other information you share with your AI coach; voice notes you record (transcribed to text for your coach) and, if you authorize it, Apple HealthKit metrics (see Sections 11–12).
Usage Data: Website visits, pages viewed, and interaction data to improve our services; device and app identifiers; and, after cookie consent, analytics and advertising identifiers via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.

3. AI Data Processing
Your fitness and chat data are processed by our AI providers (Anthropic and xAI) to generate your personalized coaching. We may also use de-identified or aggregated insights to improve the product generally. We do not sell your personal data for money, and we never sell or share your consumer health data, chat content, or HealthKit data for advertising. If you accept non-essential cookies on our website, advertising partners (Meta, TikTok) and analytics providers (Google) may receive online identifiers and website usage data, which may be considered a "sale" or "share" under some state laws. You can opt out via the cookie banner or by emailing admin@legacyinmotion.fit.
Operator Oversight: As the operator of this AI coaching platform, Legacy In Motion LLC and authorized staff (including our founder and head coach) may access and review coaching conversation logs for quality assurance, safety monitoring, and service improvement. This oversight is a standard practice for AI-powered services and is conducted in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
Anthropic — AI model provider for coaching responses
xAI (Grok) — AI model provider for coaching content and response generation
ElevenLabs — AI voice synthesis for coach voice messages
Stripe — payment processing
Apple In-App Purchase — iOS subscription processing
RevenueCat — subscription management
Supabase — encrypted application database
Telegram — coaching communication
Discord — community interaction
Vercel — website hosting
Cloudflare — security and performance
Google Analytics — website analytics (loads only after cookie consent)
Meta Pixel — advertising measurement (loads only after cookie consent)
TikTok Pixel — advertising measurement (loads only after cookie consent)
Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal information
- Delete your personal information
- Obtain a portable copy of your personal information
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Limit use of sensitive personal information (including health-related data) to what is necessary to provide the service
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Submit requests to admin@legacyinmotion.fit; we will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies run the site. After you accept our cookie banner, we also load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel, which may set cookies or use device identifiers to measure traffic and deliver or measure advertising. You can withdraw consent via the cookie banner or browser controls. For residents of California and other states with privacy laws, these advertising tools may constitute a "sale" or "share" of personal information. You can opt out via the cookie banner (Decline) or by emailing admin@legacyinmotion.fit.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Consumer Health Data Privacy
Legacy In Motion collects and processes certain consumer health data to deliver personalized AI fitness coaching. This section provides additional detail required under applicable consumer health data privacy laws.
Categories of Health Data Collected
- Fitness goals and objectives
- Body measurements (weight, height, body composition)
- Self-reported health conditions and physical limitations
- Exercise history and workout logs
- Dietary information and nutritional preferences
- Workout preferences and equipment access
Purpose of Collection
All health data is collected for the sole purpose of generating personalized AI fitness coaching plans, including training programs, nutrition guidance, and adaptive recommendations tailored to your individual needs.
Third-Party Data Sharing
Your health data may be processed by the following third-party service providers solely to deliver our coaching services:
Stripe / Apple IAP — payment processing (do not receive health data)
Anthropic — AI model provider; receives chat messages, workout/meal history, and coaching context to generate responses
xAI (Grok) — AI model provider; receives the same class of coaching context as Anthropic (chat messages, workout/meal history) for coaching response generation. xAI's privacy policy: x.ai/legal/privacy-policy
ElevenLabs — AI voice synthesis (processes message text only, not health data)
Supabase — encrypted database for your coaching records
Vercel — website hosting infrastructure
Telegram — if you use Telegram coaching, message content you send (which may include health information) is also processed under Telegram's terms
Discord — content you post in our Discord community is processed under Discord's terms; do not post sensitive health information in public channels
Consumer Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the health data we hold about you
- Delete — request deletion of your health data
- Opt out — withdraw consent for health data processing

Personalized AI coaching requires health and fitness inputs. If you withdraw consent for health data processing, we may be unable to continue providing coaching services.
Data Retention
We retain account, chat, and health data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure or last activity, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, dispute, or security purposes. Backups roll off on a limited cycle. After a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify personal and health data within 30 days, except data we must retain by law. Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for service improvement.
No Sale of Health Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your consumer health data to any third party for any purpose, including advertising or marketing.
10. SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to our SMS program, Legacy In Motion will send you transactional and account-related text messages from +1 (833) 377-8157, including trial reminders, billing alerts, coaching prompts, and verification codes.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information — including SMS opt-in consent and the phone number you provide — exclude mobile opt-in data from any third-party sharing. Carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) receive routing data only for message delivery.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message frequency varies (typically 2–8 per month). Msg & data rates may apply. See our full SMS Terms for complete details on opt-in, opt-out, supported carriers, and the verbal consent script.
11. Mobile Application (iOS)
When you use the Legacy In Motion mobile app, the following additional rules apply.
Permissions We Request
- Camera & Photo Library: So you can take or upload progress photos. Photos are uploaded directly to our secure storage; we never read your other photos.
- Microphone: So you can record voice notes for your coach. Voice notes are transcribed on our private server (no third-party transcription service receives your audio) and the resulting text is sent to your AI coach.
- Apple Health (HealthKit): So your coach can factor your biometrics into programming. We read only the metrics you authorize (e.g. HRV, heart rate, steps, active energy, sleep, weight, workouts). HealthKit data is treated under Apple’s strict HealthKit framework rules: it is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used outside of providing your coaching service.
- Push Notifications: So we can send check-in reminders, milestone celebrations, and coaching nudges. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
Data Stored on Your Device
Your authentication session is stored in iOS Keychain (encrypted at rest). Cached profile data and recent chat history are stored locally so the app loads quickly. All on-device data is removed when you uninstall the app or sign out.
Mobile Identifiers
We do not use Apple’s IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers). We use anonymous device identifiers solely to associate your purchases (via RevenueCat / Apple App Store) with your account.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time directly from within the mobile app: go to You → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, chat history, photos, biometrics, and subscription data. You may also request deletion by emailing admin@legacyinmotion.fit.
12. Apple Health (HealthKit) Specific Disclosures
Apple requires that apps using HealthKit make explicit disclosures about how that data is handled. We comply with the following:
- HealthKit data is used only to provide your coaching service — we never use it for advertising, marketing to other users, or any purpose other than personalizing YOUR program and informing YOUR coach.
- HealthKit data is never sold, never shared with third parties for their own use, and never disclosed to anyone other than you and our authorized coaching staff.
- HealthKit data is not stored in iCloud by our app. It is stored on Apple’s secure servers via HealthKit (controlled by you) and synced to our backend only with your permission, where it is encrypted at rest.
- You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Legacy In Motion. Revocation stops new sync; existing data on our backend can be removed by deleting your account or emailing us.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
