Yes — adaptive coaching is core to what we do. Tell your coach what your body can and can't do right now (wheelchair user, post-op restrictions, MS, fibromyalgia, arthritis, cancer recovery — whatever your reality is) and your program is built around it: seated and supported movements, single-limb work, gentle range-of-motion progressions, and pacing that respects flare-ups and bad days. The goal is more mobility and capability at YOUR pace. We always recommend working alongside your physician or physical therapist, and your coach will remind you of that too.

Do I need a gym?
